私は夏でも冬でも毎日湯船には浸かっております～！
日々の疲れを取るため、冷えた体を温めるために大事なのは皆さんご存知だとは思いますが、
「睡眠」の質も上げてくれるんですよ(*^▽^*)
人の体の深部体温は上がった分だけ下がるのですが、この下がった時に眠気は訪れるのです。
