びっくりな報告

またまたお客様からびっくりな報告が♡
いつも基礎体温を記録されていたみたいで、だいたい
３５度代だったのが、リンパを流し始めて３６度代に上がったんです！

寒くなって来ましたね～(>_<)お風呂から上がって布団に入る
まで身体も冷めるので、寝る前に白湯を飲んだり、湯たんぽ
を足元に置いて寝るなど対策がいりますね！
日中は首、手首、足首を防寒するだけでだいぶ
冷えがましになりますよね(^^)/
あとは、やっぱりリンパを流して代謝を上げて、免疫力をつける
のも大事な事です!(^^)!
